Mitchell has been a fixture at Indian Mountain Lakes since the beginning. He started out cutting grass and painting lot markers for his father, Leon R. Ross, who started the development in 1960. In 1975, Mitchell took over as Real Estate Broker for the company and has been consistently outselling every other realtor for each of those 50 years. Mitchell has sold thousands of properties during that time and has become the go-to expert on Indian Mountain Lakes real estate.
Kelly sold real estate at Leon R. Ross Broker from 1988 through 2003 before earning her broker's license and going out on her own. In 2013, she changed gears and became a registered nurse. But she returned to real estate and to Leon R. Ross Broker last fall. While a lot has changed in the years she was gone, one thing remains a constant - serving the client's needs.
